Thunder Bay on the horizon

Woohoo...we are going to Thunder Bay tomorrow. I am looking forward to this trip even though our bankroll isn't what we would like it to be. But who cares...what matters most is that we are making the trip and we are going togethor. Money will not spoil our time togethor. Oh yeah there is a Pow Wow up there also; thats the other reason why we are heading up that way. I hope to be outta here by 12 PM tomorrow. Lets hope my Jamie is ready by then and not scrambling to get her stuff togethor. Shit I hope they have a jingle dress special up there on Sunday; I want to see my hunny kick some ass.

Xmas again?

Is it possible for Christmas to come twice a winter? I'm wondering this because right now it is snowing like crazy. I swear God must have himself some dandruff issues for this to be happening again; somebody go buy the dude some Head and Shoulders because this is getting ridiculous. I am almost tempted to put the tree back up again just for kicks. For those of you who still have their tree up....congratulations.! In the meantime I'd go seek a shrink if I were you because you are an idiot.
Anyways..lets hope this snow continues straight into the night and morning that way I wouldnt have to work tomorrow.

Monday Happens

This evening I'll be in front of the computer all through the night. I'll be putting togethor Wednesdays exam for my American Indian History Class. I've decided to use 50 multiple choice questions worth 1 point each and 5 shor answer questions worth 5 points each. So all togethor thats 75 points; each point is multiplied by 5; the overall exam score then is worth 375 points. I gave my students a study guide last Friday so I expect them not to have such a difficult time. This should be the easiest exam they'll ever take in highschool.
One final thing before I leave. Last dayof school before spring break is on Wednesday. Wow....what a relief.

I found it

Woohoo. Yesterday I was digging around in the car desperately searching for my favourite lighter when suddenly I noticed a shiny reflection coming from under a clear plastic bag. I removed the bag and there it was, my beautiful lighter. Once I saw it I yelled out "YES." I was so happy I came running back upstairs to tell Jamie but what did she do? She scared the heck out of me as I was coming through the door. She pissed me off a little bit; she was laughing like crazy. She startled me half to death. I was ok about it though, I didnt care, I found my lighter and thats all that mattered.

Still awake!

It's about 1:31 am on a Sunday morning right now. You probably are all wondering why I am still awake at this time. Well let me tell you why. During the work week I have difficulty falling asleep, I have insomnia so to speak. I think my job has something to do with this; I mean, during the week night my mind is still very much active; what I think about during these times is how I am going to perfom in class, what lessons to give out, what to prepare for, and a whole bunch of other stuff. So with that said, I am attempting to stay up as late as I can tonight so I can have an easier time falling asleep tomorrow night. Work on my mind is keeping me awake up until atleast 3 am every week night. So I figure if I am going to be up that late during a work night, why can't I do the same during the weekend when it makes sense?
Anyways...thats all. I'm going back to concentrate on playing some online poker.
